The aim of this activity is to create an evening routine that you enjoy doing and which helps your hard working nervous system to unwind at night, supporting the best sleep possible and therefore more energy in your days.


To play along with this activity:

  • Grab your copy of the activity guide book below
  • Review the guide, for a quick look at why an evening routine is beneficial, the importance of sleep quality, sleep & the nervous system, and factors that influence sleep
  • Then, start creating your own ideal evening routine by completing the ‘choose your own adventure’ section
  • Then you’re ready to start integrating your ideas and your plan into your evening. Take things slowly, working on one step at a time to avoid any overwhelm
